Application cases of the words, "on you who believe!"
The word believer is stated abundantly in the Holy Quran and concerns a lot of people, but it is only natural that the highest application of it is for those who have reached, in religion, a superior rank. For this reason, in a lot of collections of honourable traditions, whom (Hakem Hasakani) has gathered in his book (Shawahed al-Tanzil) and also examples have come sources and other public origins. It is narrated from the Prophet (s.a.w) Thus: No verse was sent down by God addressing "On those of you who believe". Other than that which Ali (p.b.u.h) was the head and leader. (Ma anzal al-Allah o Taalah ya ayoh al - lazina amano ella Wa Ali raa soha Wa amiroha).
